Terms and Conditions

By using the services of OG Carpet Cleaners, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We strive to provide transparent, honest, and high-quality service at all times.

1. Booking and Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of $50. Same-day emergency bookings are final and subject to immediate technician dispatch.

2. Parking Requirements

Customers must provide a suitable parking spot for our commercial vans. If parking is unnavailable, the customer will be liable for any parking fees incurred closely bordering the property. If our vans cannot park within a safe working distance, we reserve the right to cancel the job.

3. End of Lease Guarantee

Our end of lease guarantee promises to return and re-clean (free of charge) any specific areas that a real-estate agent deems unsatisfactory within 72 hours of the original job. You must provide a written report from your agency specifically outlining the issues.

4. Eco-Friendly Products

We strictly utilize environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning agents. While highly effective, some extremely harsh artificial fabric stains (like permanent dyes or acid burns) may permanently damage carpet fibres beyond the capability of any chemical extraction.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless previously arranged for commercial invoice cycles. We accept all major credit cards and direct transfer.
